The Chaves County Courthouse project involves the renovation of a historic 1912 Beaux Arts 40,000 sq. ft. courthouse on Roswell’s main public plaza, with 36,000 sq. ft. addition of new court facilities.  The project required extensive application of historic preservation strategies, and features state of the art security and telecommunications systems. Spaces include courtrooms, hearing rooms, functional support areas, administrative offices, and security.
